1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. A business is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.


2. Contracting Party, Contract Formation, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with IOAR.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submission.

We accept your offer within two days by either:

  • sending a separate acceptance email, or
  • processing the payment transaction through our service provider or selected payment provider. The time of processing depends on the selected payment method (see "Payment").

The relevant alternative depends on which of the above events occurs first.


3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and will send you your order data and these T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after conclusion of the contract.


4. Provision of Digital Content

No physical goods are shipped. Our digital products are provided via download and/or by email to the email address provided by the customer.

Delivery to a postal address, parcel locker, or self-collection is not available.


5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices. In accordance with Β§ 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card You enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

PayPal To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.Γ  r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further details are provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered customers additional payment options within their PayPal account, based on PayPal's own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these options; any individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal directly. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.


6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Statutory Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information about any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found on the respective product page and on dedicated information pages within the online shop.

Customer service: Our customer service team is available by email. Enquiries regarding orders, digital products, downloads, or technical issues can be sent toΒ support@ioardigital.com. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.


7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
