Withdrawal Policy

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Information Regarding Digital Content

Our products are digital content, such as PDF files, digital templates, Excel files, guides or other digital downloads. Even if the digital product is made available to you after purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days remains in place unless it expires early in accordance with the legal requirements.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, you may no longer use the digital product and may not pass it on to third parties.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
